Exciting news for 360 Recognition program administrators:  This weekend, Terryberry will be rolling out an update to the User Interface of the Admin Tools page in 360 Recognition.  This will affect all of our existing sites.  So before we surprise you with these changes, we wanted to give you a quick look at what’s coming.

First, your 360 Recognition Dashboard:

When you first access the admin tab, you will have access to several widgets, based on your role and permission sets, allowing you to more quickly and easily navigate the admin tools you use on a daily basis.  You will be able to add or remove the widgets from your dashboard, based on your preferences.  No more helping manager’s search for their approval queue, now it can live right on the main admin screen.

Second, updated navigation:

Our old segmented lists of links to different tools was busy, and only worked if you knew what you were looking for.  With our new navigation tools, finding and performing your various administrative responsibilities will be easier than ever.

By grouping the variety of administrative tasks, we’re able to offer a more streamlined, less cluttered admin tool.  The menu options that will appear, vary based on roles and permissions in the program, making sure everyone has access to what they need, and isn’t confused by what they don’t.

Finally, the same access to all of your existing tools:

This update to the admin tab is NOT taking away access to anything that you can currently do on 360 Recognition. You will still be able to access the interface with all the tools you currently use to manage your program. We’re simply updating the look and feel, doing our best to make the admin toolbox more intuitive and user friendly, and laying the groundwork for some other upgrades and feature advancements that we will be rolling out later this year.

These upgrades to the Admin page will be rolled out in the next release which will be coming in July.  Should you have any questions about these updates, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your 360 Recognition Specialist.  They will be more than happy to assist.
